Women's Retreat at Springton Lake Presbyterian Church
Friday night, November 1 & Saturday, November 2
Wars. Inexplicable suffering. Lesser trials in the mundane. How does the Christian hold onto God’s promise (and hold God to His promise!) that He has provided enough for us to meet our circumstances? How does head knowledge reach further down into the heart and close the gap between our professed theology and daily practice?
We will consider the importance of surrendering to God, and that we will find His grace is sufficient as He promised. Please join us in the journey God longs for His people -- to bring us out of the brambles to higher ground. Come retreat and renew! Come wrestle with God in community! Together, we will claim this bold countercultural profession: "God is Enough!"

- OUR SPEAKER -
Nancy Myers from Grace Chapel
Nancy trusted Christ as a child, graduated from Philadelphia College of Bible, and married her high school sweetheart. God has since blessed them with four children, nine grandchildren, and one great-grandchild. God has given Nancy many open doors to teach the Scriptures here in the states and overseas. It is her passion and heart's desire that women would know and understand God's principles and standards for their lives and, by His grace, put them into practice. Nancy often challenges women,“What we say we believe is how we will behave!” and has been teaching at Grace Chapel’s Tuesday Community Study for 30 years, and the Moms Unlimited Ministry for 39 years.
